About

Dr. Jennifer Daniels is a dynamic speaker and educator with extensive consulting experience across various sectors. She has collaborated with state agencies, including Delaware's Department of Labor and Department of Health and Human Services, as well as non-profit organizations like AmeriCorps and federally qualified health centers, alongside universities.

 

Dr. Daniels' interdisciplinary approach to teaching and training draws on her background as a public policy scholar and social work practitioner. She understands that effective teaching goes beyond concepts and theories; it involves fostering connections, building rapport, and engaging in empathetic communication.

She has worked with a diverse range of students and professionals—from front-line staff to managers and directors.

 

In her engaging sessions, she covers critical topics such as the social determinants of health, client and patient-centered care, leading a diverse workforce, partnering with marginalized communities, and broader themes of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

 

Dr. Daniels aims to provide actionable strategies for organizations seeking meaningful change while inspiring the professional growth and development of the next generation of scholars and practitioners.
